Admin can view list by event and can sort by last name.
User Fields: Title, First name, last name, company, address, phone, age, email, br> Admin Fields: enter event name, event date, event location, event time
Email sent to user when they signup confirmation with confirmation number
Confirmation number will be kept on database for future reference.
